I need someone to do a website audit and keyword research. This will be an ongoing project for several customers. The applicant could be able to work in the Australian time zone.
This work will be ongoing. Some of our projects will be fixed price which will be negotiated on a per project basis, others will be hourly. All jobs will be posted on Toogit moving forward and paid via the Toogit system.
It is likely that there will be a large influx of work, so you must be able to:
1) Provide full end client Project management support
We expect the provider will communicate internally with us via our project manager DAILY about the details of the work, project status updates and general first level support. This support MUST BE provided during Australian Business Hours. Someone should be available to answer queries from existing projects between 10am and 7pm Monday to Friday Sydney Time. Do not bid for this project if you cannot provide this coverage.
2) Provide full knowledgeable Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
3) Best practice - All sites must be optimised using the latest and best practices in both SEO and SEM.
Project Costing:
Each Project will be an hourly project with an allowance for overruns at no more than 10% of the estimated effort. Should overruns exceed this, the provider agrees to waive additional fees.
Project Management fee:
Each Project will have an inbuilt project management fee which will be negotiated during this hiring process. There will be several levels of Project Management for every type of size of the project in groupings. The Project Management fee for a website matching the description of that group will have a fixed project management fee assigned to the task.
Reporting:
The provider will report on progress on all projects on a weekly basis -- every FRIDAY with a daily 15min standup meeting Monday to Friday within 11am to 4pm AEDT.
Project Management System:
The provider will use our project management system to track projects: Zoho Sprints & Intranet.
Email:
The provider will use our project email to communicate with clients ONLY when necessary or approved by the management. Only senior members of the provider who operate in a Project management function will contact clients (upon management approval first), and only then when they have a strong command of the English language.
