Required Link Building,Backlink Building,SEO freelancer for SEO Backlinking - Build Quality Backlinks for Two Websites job

We need help building backlinks for our primary website and a new website we have just launched (but are still adding products/content to). Both websites are in the same industry (water filtration).

The backlinks need to be 1) quality - no spammy links that will get us in trouble/lower our ranking; and 2) last hopefully (not get removed after X days, etc.).

Ideally the backlink building could be accomplished through broken link building or reaching out to sites that link to our competitors (we have SerpStat to identify this but feel free to use other software).
