Required Search Engine Optimization (SEO) freelancer for SEO Consultant job

Hello, I have several things I need done.


1. I have 1 site that I hired a SEO firm, I would like you to look at the site, see what they did for me, review the package I paid them for and determine if they did their job. There are some questionable practices I believe they did and I would like to discuss if these are ethical are too blackhat.

2. For this site, I have had a few companies send me quotes and information on what they could do for me. all information of the companies, and tell me which ones seem the most credible.

3. I have an additional site that has a many articles on it, but I am not ranking at all. Basically I need a diagnosis on this site and advice on how I should proceed.
