SEO Specialist

We are seeking a full time or part time SEO Specialist to join our offices in either Melbourne or Byron Bay.
This role will focus primarily on our internal businesses - Elwood Bathers, Peter Pans, Backpacker World, Eichardts to name a few. Therefore, previous experience in hospitality and travel would be valuable.

Requirements:
Proven SEO experience, including content creation, keyword research, and reporting
Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations
Understanding of digital marketing and how SEO fits into larger marketing initiatives
Knowledge of technical aspects of SEO (HTML mark up, canonical URLs, etc.) and the ability to implement as needed
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
Experience with link building campaigns (white hat only)
Experience with SEO campaigns for e-commerce
Strong understanding of website analytics tools, including Google Analytics
Experience using Tag Manager
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Excellent writing and editing skills in English
Bonus experience/skills:
Experience in e-commerce and the travel industry
Experience in marketing, and business development
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Understanding of UX/UI best practise
Experience with bid management tools, especially Google Adwords
