Required Email Handling freelancer for Separating personal and professional emails from corporate email server job

I have been using my work email for both work and personal for the past 17 years and need to separate the 2. I'm trying to figure out the best way to set this up going forward while preserving all my old email files (or at least access to them).

My corporate email is on Outlook (since about 2012) and I need to develop separation from my work email.
