Scope:
Digitalware is seeking a consultant to design an implementation of the Amazon Connect Contact Center solution. Customer User Experience is paramount to our success and understanding the power of the tool and limits will guide our path forward. Design a contact flow to recognize a caller's phone number, look up open tickets associated to existing client calling, and present options for possible ticket resolutions
Candidates should have broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and suite of applications with project implementation experience including code development, integrations, APIs, testing/scripting, migrations, and production roll-out. Candidates should have extensive experience implementing, integrating and supporting Amazon Connect Contact Center solution.
Candidate will provide design, implementation, integration, documentation, training, leadership, guidance, and solutions to customers and other team members.
