Hi we are currently migrating from ServiceNow to JIRA Service Desk / Core for cost reasons. As part of that, we are looking for help with getting similar functionality from IT / HR and some other departments that we have going the right way in JIRA. We are not looking to migrate any data (with the exception of perhaps open tickets only)
Looking to do it clean slate the JIRA way, and find out how our use cases might work in JIRA platform.
