Required software development freelancer for Set-up Automated CI/CD Pipeline Application (Jenkins) job

I am looking for a DevOps Engineer who understands and can correctly set-up CI/CT/CD Pipeline using Jenkins. Example: When a code is committed, CI Pipeline makes sure the build to run and testing (Continuous Testing) to begin. Once it is passed from the CI Pipeline, it moves to the CD Pipeline where it is reviewed and passed to other environments and at last to production.
