We need help with setting up set up a code repository management system for Git based on the GitLab solution. The Core option should be sufficient.

The access to GitLab should be protected from unauthorized access (e.g. OpenVPN or other methods). Also there should be set up several accounts with admin access.

We currently have a working server for this task, Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. Currently there is a custom service running on this machine, this service must remain as is and should not be disrupted (details in chat).
