Looking SQL databade expert to set up web database.

I have ready two Microsoft Access databases with 3-4 million rows. (250-300 MB each database). Both have only 2-5 tables.

- Looking to establish web database with exactly same data, but now to be accessible with BI tools like Tableau, Qlikview through sql connection. So first task is to migrate Access database to web sql database.

- Also to together choose right server type, software to be able to scale database to 30-200 millon rows. (30-50GB)

-Also have to establish sql connection to my windows and Mac Excel to be able to make simpe Pivot tables.

- to help establish connection to Tableau or Qlikview or similar tool.

I will provide access to special purpose server. You help it design to import all this data.
Also upload you Access databases.
