Required software development freelancer for Setup a Windows web server on my laptop job

Hi,

I would like to setup a windows web server on my laptop. My laptop already has Windows 2003 Enterprise OS installed, however it is using dynamic IP address. So i need your help to install IIS software, to setup the web server and enable port forwarding to ensure the web server will work with dynamic IP address.

Also need to setup XAMPP and mysql to run my PHP sites on this Windows web server.
