This is a recurring task and the company needs a technically savvy person to be involved in configuring and integrating its 3rd party services to enable it to work seamlessly with external subcotracting companies, invoice clients, receive hourly reports from freelancers.
The below is a basic view as to the required configuration. The infrastructure should be documented and be readable to another specialist for easy continuous maintenance going forward.
