Required System Administration freelancer for Setup Single Sign-on for Office 365 and OnPrem job

I have a customer that is looking to setup single sing-on between there environment and Office 365 (SharePoint Online.) They already have the O365 tenant setup and AD sync but they do not want there employees to have to sign in again to get to SharePoint online.

Looking for someone that is experienced in setting this up and can complete the project but also give guidance on different methods of the setup.
