Required Babel,Docker freelancer for Setup TypeScript in NodeJS for development and production environments job

We have a Dockerized project with backend and frontend containers.

The backend container uses nodemon and babel to 'ignore' TypeScript. I would like this changed so that TypeScript is running correctly (and we have access to property types at runtime).

Essentially, I'd like TypeScript to run in our backend Docker container with hot reloading.
