I'm using Microsoft SharePoint under Office 365 and All my finance perspective is today in my SharePoint lists.

When I need to generate invoice, I have a excel file that I export all the records with pricing and put the order number and excel generate the invoice for me.

I want to automate this process. When I see the order number on my SharePoint list, click on a button and automatically the system generate the invoice file for me and save on my computer

Is it possible? Do you have experience with that?
