The United Way is looking to better automate the process of reviewing and approving contracts using Sharepoint.
We have a SharePoint repository set up for all of our digital contracts. Now we would like to create a SharePoint workflow that manages the review, commenting, and approval of digital contracts.
The process is manual today, with contracts being printed and a cover sheet. The cover sheet allows reviewers to comment on the document and then send it to the next person for review.
We are looking for a SharePoint workflow developer to help us automate the review process.
We have a file describing the existing process that we will share with the successful contractor. We have a copy of the existing manual cover sheet that is used to route contracts through the organization today.
We hope to have the process complete in the next two weeks.
