We have taken over a custom theme for our client that we need to modify as we continue to design and build the new theme. We are looking for a problem solver, consultant, and self-starter that can take on these tasks.
SEO basics are a must, most of what we are removing and modifying are related to technical SEO.
We need a Shopify expert because:
1. The theme is custom
2. Theme does not utilize Shopify CMS
3. Sections are dynamic, loading content from JSON files
4. Uses an enormous JS file that is minified and we do not have the source
5. Schema is broken for products, articles, pages
6. Share buttons for twitter and facebook are broken
Basically, it seems this theme has been purposely obfuscated by the previous developer. We want to fixe everything we can while we develop a new theme built with best practices.
