I am looking for someone who can take some time series data (pricing of commodities), perform a spectral analysis, and provide me with best-fit estimates of alpha in S=f^(-alpha) where f is frequency and S is signal strength. The data might have holes in it and exhibit trending. Ideally the output of this project would be a spreadsheet where I can just input the data and it provides me with estimated alpha and R^2. Otherwise an R or Stata program would be ok too. Escrow is ok.
