Required Android App Development,Android freelancer for Simple Android App Development job

I need an Android app that will be able to
- allow users to register

The only function of the app is to:
- Sync API from Shopee marketplace to detect tracking numbers via camera and tell the order details from tracking number.

After the app is developed,
- I would want the app to be published on App Store

Other than that, I would need :-
- A website for users to register and link their Shopee API to the app
- Option for users to purchase a subscription to use the app in future
- Backend admin panel that is able to gather all data from API

*Note: My bid price includes everything stated above.

A similar app that is already produced and available on app store will be shown to interested applicants.
