Note: this is a subjective ranking.

We are looking for an approach/calculation to 'rank' each city. To rank each city, we are using its median home price, median sqft of homes, and inventory (total amount) of homes. By some combination of those data points (hints, your help), the output would be a point system that we could use for ranking (column I in sample dataset). Originally, we were ranking cities based on price per square foot which is calculated by dividing median home price by median sqft per home. However, we realized that median sqft should be weighted heavier, since the size of the home is more important for our business. We are stuck.

We are looking for strategy to solve the problem above.
