Required React,Web Application freelancer for Simple React App job

I'm learning React. I'm stuck with a CORS error on a very simple project. I was hoping someone could build the beginning of the app for me.

I just need an app to take a location and show the elevation using Google Maps API.

I wrote one already it was very simple but it won't work, so I'm willing to have someone else do it.
