I am looking for bright, honest experienced, and hard-working individuals to rotate doing a variety of Admin Assistant tasks relating to eCommerce. Our company is an online store, selling personal items (clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, etc.) and some home products.
REQUIREMENTS:
a) Candidates must be familiar doing admin work in Magento
b) Be experienced conducting online all types of product researchinvolving product pictures & gathering periodic information on price comparison, most popular products being sold & seasonal products.
c) Be experienced in writing product descriptions that are in correct grammatical English.
d) Have strong Photo Editing Skillsto produce sharp and clean product pictures
1) Contractors must be fluent in oral and also in written English (without grammatical and spelling errors).
2) Contractors must be able to work independently selecting product pictures/stock pictures/related and appropriate banners & ads text.
3) Contractors must be have great communication skills in providing frequent DAILYupdates on work status.
4) We are interested in candidates with knowledge in eCommerce and fashion, who are enthusiastic and interested in learning new frontiers in eCommerce, whose artistic creativity is geared towards eCommerce, and who will be devoted to their work.
RESOURCES & PRE-REQUISITES:
This is virtual work and hired staff are required:
- To be computer savvy & know how to type
- To have a working computer & steady Internet connection
- To be familiar with MS office, Adobe photoshop or similar word-processing & photo-
editing software and and also FTP connection and to have all three installed on his/her computer
- To know how to research on Google and other NET browsers
- To be fluent in written English
