Last year, we upgraded to Raisers Edge NXT. We have the OLX module, but have still been using Constant Contact to send emails to our mailing list because the data in Constant Contact (emails, names, location tags) has not been integrated into Raisers Edge.
We'd like to:
- Match all contacts in Constant Contact with a constituent in Raisers Edge, or create new constituents as needed
- Transfer information about the contacts from Constant Contact to Raisers Edge (ex. if someone has a 'Winnipeg' tag in Constant Contact, update their city in Raisers Edge to Winnipeg).
- Update communications preferences in Raisers Edge based on info in Constant Contact (ex. if someone has unsubscribed from our mailing list in Constant Contact, that should be reflected in Raisers Edge so we don't start emailing them again once we start using OLX for our newsletter)
