Required software development freelancer for Smartsheet Guru Needed job

We are looking for a Smartsheet Guru to help streamline our process. This will include programming sheets to capture the functions we need for daily work flow and key performance indicators. We currently have sheets set up for Pre-Sale by Account Manager, Post-Sale by Account Manager, Production, Installation. As an example, we copy line items (jobs) from Post-Sale to Production and then move it to Installation. The issue is that we have to do double data entry on the copied line item because they are not connected. We would also like to set up reports from each Pre-Sale by Account Manager sheet. We need a good system for Archiving orders that are complete. Additionally, we need help setting up reminders/alerts properly.
