Required software development freelancer for SMS delivery tests to Czech republic T-Mobile or O2 network job

I need someone from Czech republic who has access to the reliable wi-fi/data internet connection, has an android smart phone (android version above 4.1.) and T-Mobile or 02 SIM card.
Than we will install the app which will monitor SMS delivery. We will send a lot (around 100 - 150) of different SMSes to Czech republic O2 or T mobile SIM card and check the delivery rates. The whole process will take around 1 hour.
During the test, smart phone must be connected to the wifi or data connection, so that we can monitor the results of the tests.
