Required software development freelancer for SMS Gateway - Australian VSIM generator and sms forwarder job

Develop an API that can:
* create a registered Australian Virtual SMS number (VSIM)
*forward sms from the VSIM to an Australian mobile phone number
*create a new registered Australian Virtual SMS number (VSIM) every day
*SMS are passed to a SMSC via SMPP / SIGTRAN / SS7 from mobile operators
*All SMS Types Supported (Binary SMS, Long SMS, Unicode SMS)
