The Social Media Content Manager will develop and implement social media marketing associates. Daily responsibilities include content creation, strategy, brand awareness development, and inbound traffic and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a grasp on the real estate industry and will have experience in marketing and design.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills
- Will be a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide associates (ie: content development, creation, and editing of content, and the online reputation management)
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research
- Highly organized, attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities, including online advocacy, and content development and management
- Ensure an effective and professional image to the customer and an accurate portrayal of business strategies across all social media platforms
- Analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns in real time by collecting data and producing reports required to evaluate the effectiveness of social media programs
- Develop and deliver daily social media content to relevant audiences that support the associate's goals
- Maintain a working knowledge of all news to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information that meets business and corporate objectives
