About us:
We are owners/team leaders of a real estate company, working with buyers, sellers, property management and home loans.
We're looking for
(1) a Social Media and On-Line Marketing Strategist with PPC and Remarketing expertise to assist us in creating a optimized marketing strategy to get top quality home buyer and seller leads, and to maintain and monitor the marketing campaigns.
Retargeting - Facebook and Google - create specific landing pages and embed Pixels to capture the audience plus create and launch retargeting campaigns to our existing prospects.
(2) an experienced social media marketer to create/build out our social media campaigns
We also need help with:
- Creating a uniform profile and look across all of the social media marketing sites.
- Expanding our reach.
Project deliverables:
- Create engaging content to generate interest and virality for the campaign
- Interact with comments and solve any inbound issues
- Create virtual tours and post homes for sale on different real estate websites
Skills this project requires:
- Experience managing social media on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest
- Would like, but not required, someone familiar with Real Estate
- Candidate must be passionate about social media marketing .. we eat / breathe / live real estate .. and subscribe to the saying: if you love what you do, you never work - so my biggest question to you - DO YOU LOVE SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING?
