We are a small safety consulting company ready to get our public face put together. We are looking to get our social media accounts set up and optimized, so we need an experienced social media marketer to create/build out our social media channels and build a community around our brand. We think we only really need LinkedIn and Twitter but we'd love to hear your ideas. We're thinking our biggest bang for the buck will come from LinkedIn campaigns.
We've been in business for 5 years and consult for large and small companies in safety-sensitive industries (e.g., transportation, healthcare, construction).
Part of this work will involve integrating our website branding, business LinkedIn pages, and the personal professional LinkedIn pages of the cofounders.
I will share our very barebones business LinkedIn page and our personal LinkedIn pages with shortlisted candidates.
We would first like to discuss the Social Media Strategy, then we'd like to see 2 months of implementing this strategy, with 3+ posts a week per channel (this could eventually turn into a more regular position).
Goals:
* Grow our LinkedIn connections to 1k+
* Grow our Twitter followers to 1k+
* 3-4 posts / week for 2 months
If you have experience in taking the lead on content calendars, post execution, and community management, we'd love to partner with you. to help us learn the ropes. We'll be looking for someone who can understand our brand and can deliver on our tone/voice. We are friendly, flexible, collaborative, and have a deep appreciation for your expertise.
This project is open ended in time line and open to be either a fixed fee or hourly project.
