Since 2012, my company Kl Mobiles has specialized in selling electronics direct to consumers through e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Kl Mobiles has exponentially grown and constantly evolves, in 2019 we processed over 120,000 orders in 3 currencies from 3 countries on 10 different sales channels.
We currently utilize Skubana, Xero, Google Sheets, Zapier and Xsellco to manage and analyze inventory, orders, returns, accounting, and customer service. Our integrations are incomplete. We are struggling to get our accounting (Xero) to match our inventory management system.
Deliverable includes: (after screen share session demonstrating our current set-up)
- Demonstration of a proposed software solution that will provide us with the real-time analytics we need to run our business and integrate with our fulfillment partner via Google Sheets.
