We are looking for a developer to make a software for the invoice audit.
Some Requirements:
-The Software should be customizable to different invoice formats
-The information, what was really delivered, should be pulled via API call from the ERP System
-The positions of the invoice should be automatically recognized by OCR
-The positions from the Invoice and the ERP Delivery should be compared
-After comparing Invoice and the Delivery there should be an Overview about all the positions (matched and unmatched, also if the quantity and price is the same or not)
-If the prices aren't the same, the new price (price which is on the invoice) should be pushed in the ERP (also via API)
After the first launch --> Development on new functions and connection on other systems
