Advanced Incentive Management, LLC (AiM) is a fully-funded start-up with proprietary (and disruptive) Intellectual Properties and technologies. Proof of concept/market acceptance completed in May/June with MVP nearing launch.
AiM is now transitioning into go-to-market mode and it's time to identify our future CTO. Beginning as a Contractor/Solution Architect, the successful candidate will have the technical knowledge, professional aspirations, get-it-done attitude and hands-on experience required for success in this role.

Job Description
Overview
The Solution Architect will advise, define, work with the IT development team and Product Manager to enforce and deploy solutions in line with best practices. Individual will serve as the technical solution lead for the application, integration, server and network architectures and designs. You will own the solution design and validate/approve the detail designs from the development team.
Responsibilities
- Understand and transform product requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specification.
- Partner with other functions across IT (Technology Executives, Product Owners, and Operations) to ensure collaboration, consistency, quality, and timeliness of product solution.
- Work with the Product owner to review the product portfolio and help rationalize and optimize the application.
- Work with stakeholders to implement (and/or develop) a multi-tenant SaaS platform and application adopting state of the art web and cloud technologies.
- Develop and review system requirements, designing the solution, designing the detail specification for the server and network infrastructure.
- Select and provide guidance and recommendation on software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for integration and solution.
- Partner with the Product Owner on developing the logical data model.
- Define Operation Monitoring and Event management strategy.
- Design Development integration, quality assurance, and production environment.
- Collaborate with team ensure that applications are implemented in the most efficient and cost effective manner including ease of maintenance, performance maximization, ease of operation and assuring industry standard architecture for prosperity.

Requirements
- Strong background and expertise developing with multiple programming languages (i.e. java, php, C#, visual basic)
- Experience with .Net Core
- Experience with designing and deploying server infrastructure and network
- Experience utilizing and designing database/repository (i.e. MySQL, ssMongo, MSSQL, Oracle)
- Experience create logical and physical data models
- Experience with cloud hosting environments such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure
- Familiar with automated deployment software and code repositories such Octopus and Git
- Familiar with Linux and Windows Server OS
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in designing and implementing SaaS based application
- 7+ years of architecture & implementation experience with cloud technologies
- Experience with data architecture, BI and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new merging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the Cloud Technologies and SaaS system
- Strong background in working with IT resource models involving onshore and offshore resource mix
- Must have the ability and experience to collaborate with various technology members
