I need somebody who can pull a tax delinquent list from all of the municipalities in Atlantic County, New Jersey United States of America.

The list has to be dating from 2 years back and farther.

Turn around time has to be within 2 weeks or so give or take a little.

For the scrubbing part I need the list to be organized into an excel spreadsheet as well.
