I have an existing area that is adjacent to a building that has drains. The current drains get clogged and water backs up agains the building. I want to go ahead and use spillways with a grate on top to avoid that problem. In addition there is an area that also pools up with water adjacent to an egress door and want to have a sump pump with grate to pump the water out when that occurs. I have CAD files that I have started and will need someone to complete and stamp drawings...
