Responsibilities:
Use quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform and influence business and marketing decisions.
Conduct analyses not limited to cross-channel marketing, e.g. A/B or multivariate testing, marketing attribution; and/or customer analytics, e.g. lifetime value modeling, behavioral segmentation
Own and lead projects or work streams as relates to larger marketing and music partner relationship strategy, including identification of key issues, development of hypotheses, analysis, conclusions, and presentation of findings
Develop dashboards to analyze and monitor the key metrics
Conduct in-depth analyses with datasets from our campaign tests and music partners
Write and interpret complex SQL queries for test results, audience selection, marketing optimization, as well as ad hoc data analyses
Communicate results of new initiatives to executives
Willingness and ability to learn new statistical methods and programming languages
Positive, can-do attitude and appetite to learn more
Research and evaluate new opportunities in reporting and analytics, help onboard new vendors, test new products and tools that improve our ability to discover and act upon new insights.
Use Facebook, Instagram, and other Programmatic marketing platforms to inform strategies for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization

Requirements:
Enthusiasm about music!
4+ years of experience in growth or media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
BA/BS degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related quantitative discipline
Significant experience using SQL to extract and manipulate data is required.
Self-starter and loves to dig for new ways to view the same problem
Experience coding in languages such as JavaScript or Python is beneficial.
Demonstrated experience using spreadsheets and/or dashboarding tools (Tableau, Superset, etc.) to analyze marketing performance and forecast future growth.
Strong understanding of statistical modeling and quantitative analysis techniques.
Ability to analyze large datasets with the goal of delivering actionable insights.
Experience with paid search and/or paid social channels and tools: AdWords, Facebook, etc. is required. "Backend" experience (scripts, APIs) is a strong plus.
Experience with mobile apps measurement (user acquisition, re-engagement) is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills. Ability to work between teams, functions and geographies, with high autonomy and little guidance.
Comfort engaging with all levels, including senior executives
Excellent presentation skills; must be able to synthesize, articulate and effectively present complex data/analyses verbally or in written form in a variety of presentation settings (one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, and senior management)
