We're looking for a passionate business developer with at least 4 years of business development or consulting experience.
We run a business development consulting company in Europe and we seek a highly organized, detail-oriented business developers, consultants to join us and ensure our that our client's efforts are aligned and moving forward quickly.
We need help with the delegation of business development tasks for our customers, amongst other things, to allow us to focus on what we are best at - getting new clients.
My cooperation vision is simply - I want to have a conversation with a remarkable person in the morning, delegate all that needs to be done, analyzed, discussed and trust that the next time I have a meeting with the clients - all the work behind the scene has been completed.
As a Business Development Manager, you are:
Ambitious to try to figure it out based on your industry, experience and passion.
A self-starter with a proven ability to generate opportunities and close sales
Educated to degree level, intelligent and inquisitive
Experienced in selling solutions in a client facing capacity
The reputable person in your connections network
Hungry for more work - and you can dedicate most of your time to helping us grow.
And you will:
Focus on developing revenue streams
Identify and research target companies within the required marketplace
Initiate outbound sales activity, covering all aspects of the sales process
Travel throughout the region as required
Conduct client facing meetings (mostly virtual) and look to consistently move prospects towards a positive buying decision or commitment
Develop and use a consultative approach in order to help identify key strategic objectives and close sales of varying value
- This is a remote position
