JOB DESCRIPTION

Logistics and Warehousing

-Work with 3PL and other related tasks

-Book and coordinate shipments

Planning/Forecasting

-Generate short term and long term supply plan

-Create forecasting template for re-order process

-Manage inventory

Sourcing

-Pricing Negotiation

-Existing products alternative sourcing

-New product development

Operations

-Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

-Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors

-Provide constructive feedback

-Train and evaluate others

-Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner

-Suggest solutions for process improvements

-Determine key supply chain KPIs

-Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service teams

-Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
