Required Adobe Illustrator freelancer for Survive game development job

I am looking to create an incredible multiplayer and play against ai game on our premium domain name survive. I like fortnite and pubg as they are obviously massively popular but I want a game that is unique. A game that also is very popular is surviv.io but I don't find it very amazing.

I want something unique and our own. I have ideas but want someone who also has ideas and can take this idea quickly to fruition and has the experience to back it all and can handle all areas including art work, design and of course full development to deployment as I am limited for time. They must be able to handle all framework, all art, all design, all programming etc and know the best servers and know all about server loads etc as we cannot afford load time issue issues and lags ever.

We want it to be multi player web based for computer online and off and against ai and also for iphone app, android app, windows phones and all mobile devices. I don't want it to be a copy cat but our own version and I need someone with ideas and concepts and that has a ton of experience and that can take this idea for a game to an amazing success on our incredible domain survive.

I don't want ads on it and we will make income from upgrades or even make it a paid game with paid upgrades but I am open to monetization ideas, maybe a free version with ads and a paid version with no ads? I need someone who is very experienced and can churn this out in no more than four - six months. Must be able to make it with no lag times on the servers and make a very amazing game that will take off for us. We will do the marketing and you must be a designer and developer and can take this from concept to full finished product with all areas covered. You will stay on as well for server upgrades etc and to oversee it always and to keep it going with upgrades and all.

We are also offering considering 3% royalties as well on this game to our developers to help incentive as we want our team to also be ongoing and to be super incentivized.
