Required software development freelancer for System Admin to help debug issues with my Mac / Servers job

I have issues with running things various applications / installing packages through the command line from time to time, I am looking for someone to help fix these things.

Must have good bash / command line knowledge and knowledge with MacOS.

At the moment, I am trying to run docker using 'docker-compose up' but it is giving me this error:
