Required Office 365 freelancer for Systems administrator needed who can help sync Microsoft Office products with Apple and PC users. job

Looking for a San Diego based person preferably. We have most of our users on Mac's, using either Outlook Mail/Calendar or Apple Mail and iCal. All users have Microsoft Exchange licenses. I have a need for an executive admin to have access to multiple email and calendar accounts within her system. She is on a Mac, and we have users that have multiple accounts that a single user needs access to within her Mac, mainly calendars and emails.
