We have a small sales team and looking to add one more, incredibly talented, personable outbound caller to the team.
We work with doctors and need to make cold calls to their clinics -- so! Key characteristics needed:
- Persistence
- Good phone manner
- Sales training
- Personable
- Ability to learn our products + language
- Motivation to hit targets
- Great on a team!!
We have scripts but you will definitely need to be able to work with the conversation and the person on the other end. Getting into a doctor's calendar is incredibly difficult -- so someone who is up and willing for the challenge of working hard to find the best ways to quickly sell our services with a short amount of time.
