This role is for a part time Tech Support Agent for TipSnaps.com. You would only be working through Email and Instagram. We do not have Zendesk and only get about 2-3 new inquiries per day. We have an Admin Dashboard that you will need to learn but is pretty straightforward and easy to learn.
Our product helps Social Media Influencers sell content to their fans. For example a fitness trainer with 300k followers on instagram, creates a channel on tipsnaps and sells content for $10/month subcription. Out of her 300k followers maybe only 300 people subscribe but its a good revenue stream for her.
We get questions from both the subscribers and the influencers and would need someone who loves social media, and technical enough to provide support when needed.
Easy and fun job that can be ongoing and long term for the right person.
