We are looking for a Full stack Technical Lead who will architect and manage all technical aspects of our new cutting edge product (web and mobile app) interacting with our international development team following strict agile practices (SCRUM, KANBAN and XP)
Note: This is also a developer hands-on role, the Tech Lead is expected to perform
70% coding / 30% architecture, specifications, research and code reviews
Scope:
- Create technical diagrams that support all business flows in a maintainable, scalable way
- Research SDK's and external API's to resolve complex business requirements
- Define API specifications and signatures for a truly microservices architecture
- Conduct code reviews, peer reviews and pair programming
- Resolve complex programming challenges, supporting all team members at the technical level
Technical Knowledge / Skillset:
- PHP + Laravel (3+ years)
- nodeJS (3+ years)
- vueJS, angularJS (3+ years)
- react native (1+ years)
- microservices (advanced)
- mySQL (intermediate), mongoDB (basic)
- nginx (basic)
- swagger (advanced)
CS Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
English skills advanced (written and conversational) *Spanish is a plus*
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
We work during standard business hours of 9am to 6pm EST
