As Technical Lead for our Kiev office, you are responsible for managing operations and the team in Kiev. This is a senior-level role.
Your responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and managing a high-quality team of developers in Kiev
- Mentoring, performance evaluation of Kiev team
- Overseeing development projects
- Ensuring all projects are appropriately scoped, delivered on time, and to full client satisfaction.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Communicating regularly with the executive management team
- Aligning Kiev team with overall company goals, culture
- This position will be heavily involved in software development, but also responsible for managing the office and team
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years experience in software design and 2+ years experience in mobile development leveraging Objective-C, Swift, and/or ReactNative
- Integration with a variety of API's and diversity of backend environments
- Proven track record in leadership with the ability to mentor and manage junior developers.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and oral communication
