HeartCore Business is seeking to fill this Technology Support Specialist position.
Our headquarters is located in the San Diego. The person in this position will work remotely from their home office with the potential of infrequent travel, up to 10-15%.
This person will design, operate and maintain technology products and solutions. At HeartCore, most of our solutions are vendor-provided and hosted externally. You will generally provide our team with software, hardware, database, Web resources, network and enterprise systems innovation and support.
As our Technology Support specialist, your day will be focused on any number of these activities but most importantly we need someone who can do the following:
InfusionSoft expert and team resource for all things InfusionSoft:
Entering and sending emails - for call reminders for clients, for lead gen to book a call, to promote a JV, etc. Entering and sending texts too.
Create new products, order forms, and campaigns that are to be in Infusionsoft.
Provide reports such as sales reports, client reports, email reports, program stats, etc. from Infusionsoft.
Respond to any team members techie questions, such as providing tracking links, merging contacts, giving a stat, creating a referral partner, etc.
Maintaining anything within Infusionsoft, including campaigns, tags, users, products, images, emails, etc.
Tech support regarding Infusionsoft and software tools that connect with Infusionsoft like PlusThis, Parsey, and Docusign.
Leading and supporting operational and technical support needs of our current systems
Providing support to external vendors who have interface needs or reporting needs from our team
Answering data questions to support our team members who are creating reports
Supporting and solving technology problems and resolving downtime
Communicating and collaborating with our technology solutions partners and vendors
Working on prioritized technology projects to support our growth and future needs
Talking with team members to understand more about what they do and how to help them improve their performance through technology enablement
Creating and maintaining operational documentation and SOPs related to technology and technology processes

Managing the technology solutions for our company:
Demonstrated work with external partners, including consultants, agencies and vendors to arrive at the most appropriate system or integration of multiple systems
Optimizing licensing and maintenance agreements with technology vendors
Ensuring protection of our data and systems security, including individual's computing
Quickly solves technology issues and maintains a 99.9% uptime within the company of business-critical systems
Supporting our internal or vendor processes to support the production environment (hardware and software and related connectivity)
