We are a building and landscape material supply company located in California, USA. We sell decorative rock, boulders, flagstone, river rock, beach pebbles and many other related materials.
We are looking for highly experienced customer support agents who can assist people calling and emailing our business for help with our materials.
Our primary buyers are in California but we have buyers throughout the USA and Canada.
We have staff members who search for leads in the construction industry. These leads are involved in construction projects that require materials we sell. Your primary job will be to take or return calls from home owners, contractors and other material supply yards. To assist these people through the use of our web site in choosing or writing up sales orders for materials for their projects.
Requirements:
Good English: You will be speaking to contractors and their assistants in USA. Your English must be clear and fluent for the communication to go well.
Working hours: We don't care what time zone you are in as long as your working hours are the same as the time zone we work in (GMT-8). The working hours are any 8 hour period be between 7am - 6pm (GMT-8)- Los Angeles, CA - with a one hour break.
Confidence: If you are not confident and assertive then this is not a job for you.
Persistence: Your returned calls will be welcomed but sometime the contractors are busy or they do not want to talk. In this case you must be persistent and be ready to call at least a few times to get the information that you need.
Commitment: You must be committed to us and have high work ethics. This is a long term working position, do not apply if you are looking for a one time job.
You will be given some guidelines as to what you must say when you call new contractors but you will also have to be creative in certain scenarios.
The selected candidates will have to have to give an interview over the phone and may be asked to give a telemarketing demonstration.
We pay well to all our employees and cherish the ones who benefit us. Apart from the regular salary, bonuses will also be given when we get the projects you help us attain.
