I have installed some Grandstream VOIP handsets
all running well for one day
then logged out with the message 'ACCOUNT NOT AVAILABLE'
have established that my new TELSTRA MODEM Smart Modem Gen 2 Technicolor DJA0231 has SIP ALG enabled and that won't allow my VOIP to run
need a technical genius who knows how to disable this
don't know value of the job
