Looking for a Texas based lawyer to go over an existing contract that was created for a Florida lead based company for generating accident injury victim leads for doctors to put into their attorney referral networks.
We want to take our business into other states throughout the USA starting with Texas. We are a Florida company and fully compliant.

Our existing contract is set up for Florida doctors who are subscribing to our system. You can see our sales page with further details of the business will share with shortlisted candidates.
Essentially, we drive accident leads to landing pages like the one in Tampa where one doctor has exclusivity of that area. The lead is captured and then sent to the doctor who can call and try and help the victim and get them into their practice or refer to their network in exchange for leads back.
It is this that we would like any differences between the main Florida contract and Texas to be appendixed to the end of this contract.
