Required software development,Website Development freelancer for Third person battle royale blueprint job

Hi I am looking for a programmer that has a great deal of knowledge about Unreal Engine blueprints and TPP Shooters. It's a job I can do myself but my career just doesnt allow me enough time. I need a blueprint targeting mobile with the interface similar to Fortnite, PubG, Creative Destruction, and Free Fire etc. It has to have networking, in app purchases and all for me to quickly skin in my off time. This will be continuous work with the developer being that I have a brand and franchise in mind. I have a lot of assets already like Rifle Animset Pro and Mocap animations. ProHUD UI as well. I need someone who can work fast and produce top quality work. If that's you please apply. P.S..... Character design and weapon and skin modeling would be a plus as well. If it takes more than my budget I am willing to pay.
