We are looking to hire one or more customer service people for our Tier1 and Tier2 Online support that will be available in the CET time zone.
The support is given online on our Chat platform, over the phone or by remote controlling the customer's PC.
Requirements: Good knowledge in all the tweaks of Microsoft Windows OS - Windows 7/8/10/2012/2016 Networks and communication - Basics of TCP/IP , UDP and firewalls Excellent service approach Excellent English level
